1. No LCD Display

Possible Cause:
The unit is not receiving power or is turned off.

Solution:

• Ensure the power adapter is securely connected.

• Confirm the outlet is functioning.

• Press the silver power button located on the lower side of the unit to activate the device.

2. No Mist / No Scent Output

Possible Causes:

• The unit is not powered.

• The programmed schedule is set to “OFF.”

• The system is currently in “PAUSE” mode (interval cycle).

• The fragrance bottle is empty.

Solution:

• Confirm the power connection.

• Check the LCD display status.

• Adjust the programmed days and time settings to ensure the device is set to “ON.”

• Inspect the fragrance bottle and refill if necessary.

3. Low Mist / Weak Scent Output

Possible Cause:
The internal spray nozzle may be partially clogged.

Solution:

• Run the unit with 95% rubbing alcohol for approximately 3 minutes to clear residue.

• If performance does not improve, replace the nozzle.

4. Oil Leakage

Possible Cause:
The diffuser may not be positioned upright or the bottle may not be properly secured.

Solution:

• Ensure the unit remains in a fully upright position at all times.

• Remove the fragrance bottle.

• Reattach carefully, ensuring it is aligned straight and securely tightened.

5. Buttons Not Responding

Possible Cause:
The device may be in lock mode.

Solution:

• Press and hold the “SET” button for 10 seconds.

• A beep sound will confirm that lock mode has been disabled.

At GR Scents, every diffusion system is carefully inspected and prepared prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our scenting technology and hygiene standards, returns are subject to strict approval conditions.

14-Day Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the original purchase date.

No returns will be accepted after this period.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the diffuser must:

• Be completely unused and uninstalled

• Contain no oil residue

• Be returned in its original packaging

• Include all original components, accessories, manuals, inserts, and protective materials

• Show no signs of wear, activation, programming, or operation

Any unit that has been filled with oil, powered on, installed, mounted, connected to HVAC, or otherwise activated will not qualify for return.

GR SCENTS reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Shipping and delivery fees

• Return shipping costs (customer responsibility)

• Installation services

• On-site service fees

• Consultation fees

• Custom programming or configuration fees

Inspection & Approval

All returned equipment undergoes a mandatory inspection process. Refunds will only be issued after inspection confirms compliance with the above requirements.

If the product does not meet return standards, it may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Commercial & Custom Orders

All commercial, bulk, financed, subscription-based, or custom-configured orders are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Before You Begin

Ensure the diffuser is powered off and unplugged before handling the fragrance bottle.

Installing the Fragrance Bottle

• Unscrew the fragrance bottle from the atomizer.
  The oil pipette is attached to the spray nozzle.

• Pour your essential oil into the provided bottle.
  Do not overfill.

• Secure the bottle tightly.

• Reattach the bottle to the atomizer, ensuring it is inserted straight and firmly tightened to prevent leakage.

• Once properly secured, reconnect power and resume operation.

Important

• Use only essential oils approved for cold-air diffusion.

• Do not use diluted oils, water-based solutions, or carrier oils.

• Use of non-approved oils may damage the unit and void the warranty.

Changing Fragrance Oils

• Power off and unplug the unit.

• Remove any remaining oil from the bottle (dispose of properly or return to its original container).

• Fill the aluminum bottle approximately ¼ full with rubbing alcohol.

• Reinstall and allow the unit to diffuse the alcohol for 15–30 minutes to cleanse the internal system.

• Remove remaining alcohol.

• Rinse and dry the bottle thoroughly before adding new fragrance oil.

This process ensures optimal performance and preserves the integrity of the atomization system.

This device is covered by a 12-Month Limited Manufacturer Warranty, effective from the original shipment date.

What Is Covered

This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal operation when the device is installed and used correctly with GR SCENTS Premium Oils.

If a qualifying defect occurs within the warranty period, GR SCENTS will, at its discretion, repair or replace the unit.

Required Usage Conditions

GR SCENTS diffusion systems are engineered exclusively for use with GR SCENTS Premium Oils, which are:

• 100% pure fragrance blends

• Free from water

• Free from carrier oils or diluents

• Free from chemical additives or aggressive solvents

Use of third-party oils, oils that contain water, or mixing GR SCENTS oils with water or other substances may damage the internal nebulizing system and will void this warranty.

What Voids the Warranty

This warranty is void if:

• Non-GR SCENTS fragrance oils are used

• Oils containing water, carrier bases, or additives are used

• GR SCENTS oils are diluted, mixed with water, or chemically altered

• The unit is modified, repaired, or serviced by unauthorized parties

• Damage results from misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper installation

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not extend to normal wear components or external parts, including but not limited to:

• Outer housing / shell

• Power supply and adapters

• Cables and wiring

• External sealing rings and gaskets

Accidental damage and environmental wear are also excluded.
