Monthly Subscription Policy

GR SCENTS – Monthly Scenting Subscription Policy

At GR SCENTS, we are committed to delivering a refined and consistent scenting experience. This subscription ensures uninterrupted access to our exclusive fragrance oils, designed to elevate your environment month after month.

By enrolling in our monthly subscription program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Automatic Billing

  • A monthly charge of $79.99 USD per fragrance bottle will be automatically billed to the payment method on file.

  • Billing occurs on the scheduled shipment date each month.

2. Subscription Commitment

  • This program requires a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months from the activation date.

  • This commitment allows us to maintain consistency in your scenting experience and service.

3. Early Termination

  • Early cancellation prior to completing the 12-month term is considered a contract termination.

  • In such cases, the client agrees to settle the remaining balance of the subscription period in full.

  • Payment of the outstanding balance must be completed within 30 days of cancellation request.

4. Automatic Renewal

  • Upon completion of the initial term, the subscription will automatically renew for an additional 12-month period.

  • To avoid renewal, a written cancellation request must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

5. Payment Method Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their payment method remains valid and up to date.

  • Any changes must be communicated prior to the billing date to avoid service interruption.

6. Service Continuity

  • GR SCENTS reserves the right to pause or suspend deliveries in the event of failed or declined payments until the account is brought current.
