This website is operated by GR SCENTS®. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to GR SCENTS®.
GR SCENTS® offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available through this site, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.
By visiting our website, purchasing a product, enrolling in an eligible payment program, or using any of our services, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, agreements, and policies referenced herein or made available through our website.
These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, merchants, vendors, and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Any new features, tools, products, or services added to the website shall also be subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting revisions to our website. Your continued use of the website or Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Our website and online store are hosted through Wix.com, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer certain products and services.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence or otherwise have the legal authority required to enter into this agreement.

Nothing in this Section limits obligations expressly established in an applicable purchase agreement, payment agreement, written policy, warranty, or under applicable law.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND PRICING
Prices, promotions, products, and Services offered for future purchases may change without prior notice unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue products or Services.
Changes to pricing or programs for future customers will not retroactively modify the financial obligations of an existing customer agreement unless the customer and GR SCENTS® agree otherwise in writing or applicable law permits such modification.
GR SCENTS® shall not be liable for the modification, suspension, or discontinuation of a product or Service except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online and may have limited availability.
Purchases, returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our applicable Refund & Return Policy and any product-specific or service-specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to:
• Limit product sales or Services by person, region, or jurisdiction
• Limit quantities purchased
• Modify product offerings
• Discontinue products or Services
• Establish eligibility requirements for promotions or payment programs
Product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability may change for future purchases without notice.
Actual product appearance, color, finish, packaging, or other characteristics may vary slightly from images displayed online due to photography, screen settings, manufacturing updates, or other reasonable variations.
GR SCENTS® diffusion equipment is designed for use with compatible fragrance oils approved by GR SCENTS®. Use of unauthorized, incompatible, diluted, water-containing, contaminated, or otherwise unsuitable fragrance oils may damage diffusion equipment and may void applicable warranty coverage to the extent permitted by law and as provided in the applicable Warranty Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
SECTION 5A - RESIDENTIAL EQUIPMENT PAYMENT PROGRAM
Certain eligible residential equipment may be purchased through the GR SCENTS® Residential Equipment Payment Program.
Under the current program, the applicable equipment purchase price is divided into four (4) required payments, subject to the payment schedule, pricing, and other conditions disclosed at the time of enrollment and in the applicable Monthly Payment Plan Policy or purchase agreement.
The Residential Equipment Payment Program is not a 12-month payment program.
The equipment payment program does not automatically renew after completion of the four (4) required payments.
Once all four (4) required payments and any other amounts properly due under the applicable equipment purchase agreement have been successfully completed, ownership of the applicable equipment transfers to the customer, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement and policies.
Until all required payments have been completed, ownership rights and customer obligations concerning the equipment shall be governed by the applicable payment agreement and policies.
Fragrance purchases, fragrance refills, maintenance, warranty coverage, accessories, and other products or Services are separate from the four-payment equipment purchase schedule unless expressly included in writing.
Any ongoing fragrance purchase arrangement, refill service, or other Service shall be governed by its own applicable terms and does not extend the four-payment equipment purchase schedule unless expressly agreed in writing.
GR SCENTS® reserves the right to determine which products qualify for the Residential Equipment Payment Program and may modify or discontinue the program for future purchases.
Any modification to the program for future purchases will not alter the payment schedule or obligations of an existing agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing or permitted by applicable law.
Commercial services, commercial equipment rentals, commercial equipment purchases, trials, maintenance arrangements, and other business agreements are separate from the Residential Equipment Payment Program and may be governed by separate written agreements, pricing, and terms.
SECTION 5B - PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS AND FAILED PAYMENTS
Customers participating in a Residential Equipment Payment Program are responsible for completing all payments according to the schedule accepted at the time of purchase.
If a scheduled payment is declined, rejected, reversed, disputed, or otherwise remains unpaid, GR SCENTS® may contact the customer and request that the outstanding balance be brought current.
Failure to make a required payment may result in suspension of associated Services or other remedies available under the applicable agreement and applicable law.
Any late fee, collection cost, acceleration of an outstanding balance, equipment recovery right, or other financial consequence will apply only where expressly disclosed in the applicable agreement or policy and permitted by applicable law.
GR SCENTS® reserves all rights and remedies available under the applicable agreement and applicable law with respect to unpaid amounts.
SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, product availability issues, or violations of these Terms.
If an order is modified or canceled after payment, any refund legally or contractually due will be handled according to the applicable payment method and policies.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase, billing, contact, and account information.
You agree to promptly update information necessary for us to complete transactions or communicate regarding your account.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment methods used for scheduled payments remain valid and authorized.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools, payment processors, platforms, integrations, or Services that we do not directly control.
Your use of third-party Services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GR SCENTS® is not responsible for acts, omissions, interruptions, or failures caused solely by independent third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

GR SCENTS® does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability of independent third-party websites or Services.
Customers should review applicable third-party terms and policies before completing transactions with third parties.
SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS, REVIEWS, AND SUBMISSIONS
If you voluntarily submit comments, reviews, suggestions, ideas, feedback, photographs, testimonials, or other materials to GR SCENTS®, you grant GR SCENTS® permission to use such materials for legitimate business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that content you submit does not unlawfully infringe the rights of others.
You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, malicious, misleading, or otherwise prohibited content.
GR SCENTS® reserves the right to remove content from platforms under our control where appropriate and permitted by law.

Collection, processing, and use of personal information through our website and Services are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders where permitted by law.
If an order is canceled after payment because of an error attributable to GR SCENTS®, any amount properly due for refund will be returned according to applicable law and our policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GR SCENTS® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, products, or Services.
These limitations do not apply where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GR SCENTS®, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and authorized partners from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising directly from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or misuse of our products or Services.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective while you access or use our website or Services and with respect to obligations that survive completion of a transaction.
GR SCENTS® may suspend or terminate access to Services when these Terms are materially violated, subject to applicable contractual obligations and law.
Termination does not automatically eliminate outstanding payment obligations, ownership provisions, warranty conditions, dispute rights, or other provisions intended to survive termination.
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with applicable purchase agreements and policies expressly incorporated into a transaction, constitute the agreement governing your use of the website and applicable Services.
Where a separate written agreement expressly governs a specific commercial service, rental, residential payment program, or transaction, the specific terms of that agreement will control with respect to that transaction in the event of a direct conflict with these general Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and applicable agreements whereby GR SCENTS® provides products or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another mandatory law provides otherwise.
SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time.
Changes will apply prospectively from their effective date unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Material changes to these Terms will not retroactively alter payment obligations or other material terms of an existing written agreement unless permitted by law or agreed to by the affected parties.
