MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

GR SCENTS® – RESIDENTIAL EQUIPMENT 4-PAYMENT PROGRAM

Effective Date: September 12, 2026

At GR SCENTS®, we offer eligible residential clients a convenient 4-payment option designed to make professional home scenting systems more accessible while allowing clients to spread the purchase price of eligible equipment over four scheduled payments.

Because equipment prices vary depending on the scenting system selected, the specific equipment price, applicable fees, total amount due, and scheduled payment amounts will be presented to the client before completing the purchase.

4-PAYMENT PROGRAM

Eligible GR SCENTS® residential scenting equipment may be purchased through four (4) scheduled payments instead of paying the full equipment purchase price upfront.

The client agrees to complete all four (4) payments according to the payment schedule disclosed and accepted at the time of purchase.

The payment method provided by the client will be used for the scheduled payments in accordance with the authorization provided at enrollment.

FIRST PAYMENT & $50 PLAN ACTIVATION FEE

A one-time $50 GR SCENTS® Plan Activation Fee applies when enrolling in the Residential Equipment 4-Payment Program.

The $50 Plan Activation Fee is charged with the first payment only and is not added to the remaining three scheduled equipment payments.

The equipment purchase price, $50 Plan Activation Fee, total amount due, and payment schedule will be clearly disclosed before the client completes the purchase.

The Plan Activation Fee is separate from the equipment purchase price and is non-refundable once the payment program has been activated, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by GR SCENTS®.

REMAINING PAYMENTS

After the initial payment, the client is responsible for completing the remaining three (3) scheduled equipment payments.

By selecting the 4-Payment Program, the client authorizes GR SCENTS® to charge the authorized payment method on file according to the payment schedule disclosed and accepted at enrollment.

NO CREDIT CHECK REQUIRED

The GR SCENTS® Residential Equipment 4-Payment Program does not currently require a traditional credit check for eligible clients.

Eligibility remains subject to the applicable requirements of the program.

PAYMENT METHOD RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid and authorized payment method until all four scheduled payments and any other applicable amounts due under the equipment purchase agreement have been successfully completed.

If a scheduled payment is declined, rejected, reversed, or cannot otherwise be processed, the client is responsible for updating the payment method and bringing the account current.

Failed or past-due payments may result in suspension of applicable services or benefits, applicable late fees where expressly disclosed and legally permitted, or other collection measures available under the applicable agreement and law.

PAYMENT OBLIGATION

The Residential Equipment 4-Payment Program is a structured payment arrangement for the purchase of eligible GR SCENTS® equipment. It is not a month-to-month subscription.

Once enrolled in the program and the equipment has been delivered, installed, used, or otherwise no longer qualifies for an authorized return under the applicable GR SCENTS® Refund & Return Policy, the client remains responsible for completing all required equipment payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

A client who qualifies for and completes an authorized return under the applicable GR SCENTS® Refund & Return Policy will be subject to the refund and cancellation provisions applicable to that return.

Simply discontinuing use of the equipment, canceling fragrance purchases, canceling refill services, or discontinuing other GR SCENTS® services does not automatically cancel or eliminate the remaining equipment payment obligation.

Fragrance purchases, refills, accessories, maintenance, and other services are separate from the four-payment equipment purchase schedule unless expressly included in writing.

EQUIPMENT OWNERSHIP

Until all four (4) required equipment payments and any other amounts properly due under the applicable equipment purchase agreement have been successfully completed, ownership rights and customer obligations concerning the equipment are governed by the applicable agreement and GR SCENTS® policies.

Once all four (4) required equipment payments and any other applicable outstanding amounts have been successfully completed, the equipment is considered paid in full and ownership of the applicable equipment transfers to the client, subject to the applicable agreement and policies.

NO AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

The Residential Equipment 4-Payment Program does not automatically renew.

Once all four (4) required equipment payments and any other applicable amounts due have been successfully completed, there are no additional equipment payments associated with that purchase.

Any future fragrance purchases, refill services, accessories, maintenance, or other services are separate from the completed equipment payment schedule unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

COMMERCIAL FREE TRIAL NOTICE

Complimentary scent marketing trials are available only to qualified commercial businesses and are subject to GR SCENTS® eligibility requirements, availability, service area, and applicable terms.

Residential clients are not eligible for the commercial complimentary trial program.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By selecting the GR SCENTS® Residential Equipment 4-Payment Program, the client acknowledges and agrees to:

• Complete all four (4) scheduled equipment payments unless an authorized return or other exception applies under the applicable agreement, GR SCENTS® policy, or applicable law.

• Pay the one-time $50 GR SCENTS® Plan Activation Fee with the first payment.

• Maintain a valid and authorized payment method until all required equipment payments and applicable amounts due have been completed.

• Pay any remaining equipment balance according to the agreed payment schedule.

• Review and accept the equipment purchase price, activation fee, total amount due, and payment schedule before completing the transaction.

• Understand that the equipment payment program does not automatically renew after completion of the required payments.

• Understand that fragrance purchases, refills, accessories, maintenance, and other services are separate unless expressly included in writing.

GR SCENTS® is committed to providing clear and transparent payment options. Equipment prices vary depending on the system selected, and all applicable charges and scheduled payment amounts will be disclosed before enrollment.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM

GR SCENTS® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Residential Equipment 4-Payment Program for future purchases.

Changes to the program will not retroactively modify the material payment obligations of an existing purchase except where agreed to by the client or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
