MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

GR SCENTS® – Residential Equipment Payment Program

​

At GR SCENTS®, we offer residential clients a structured 12-month equipment payment program designed to make professional scenting systems more accessible for the home.

​

This program applies exclusively to residential clients. Complimentary trials are available only for qualified commercial businesses and do not apply to residential plans.

​

  • Monthly Payment Program

The client agrees to a monthly payment based on the selected residential diffuser plan.

Each plan includes:
• Professional scenting equipment
• Required monthly fragrance refill purchases during the active 12-month term

Billing occurs automatically each month using the payment method on file.

​

  • Mandatory 12-Month Term

This program requires a mandatory commitment of twelve (12) months from the activation date.

The 12-month period represents the structured payment term associated with the residential scenting equipment.

Monthly fragrance refill purchases are required during the active agreement term.

​

  • Early Cancellation

Cancellation before completing the 12-month term is considered early termination of the agreement.

If the client cancels before completing the term:
• The remaining balance of the agreement becomes immediately due
• Payment of the outstanding balance must be completed within 30 days of the cancellation request

GR SCENTS® reserves the right to suspend service and recover equipment if necessary until the account is brought current.

  • No Automatic Renewal

This residential agreement does not automatically renew.

After the 12-month term has been completed:
• The equipment is considered fully paid
• Ownership of the equipment transfers to the client
• Monthly fragrance purchases become optional
• No ongoing payment obligation applies

  • Payment Method Responsibility

Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid and updated payment method during the active agreement term.

Failed or declined payments may result in:
• Service interruption
• Delayed shipments
• Additional late fees if applicable

​

  • Equipment Ownership & Usage

The residential scenting equipment is being purchased through a structured 12-month payment program.

Ownership of the equipment transfers to the client upon successful completion of the 12-month agreement and all required payments.

Only GR SCENTS® fragrance oils may be used with the equipment during the active agreement term.

  • No Credit Check Required

This residential equipment payment program does not require a credit check.

​

  • Commercial Free Trial Notice

Complimentary scent marketing trials are available only for qualified commercial businesses.

Residential clients are not eligible for the commercial free trial program.

 

  • Acknowledgment

By enrolling in this residential equipment payment program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
