GR SCENTS® – Refund & Return Policy
At GR SCENTS®, we are committed to providing premium scenting products and exceptional customer service. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Residential Monthly Payment Plans
Residential equipment payment programs are subject to the terms outlined in the Monthly Payment Plan Policy.
Monthly payments processed under active residential payment agreements are non-refundable.
Early cancellation of a residential payment plan does not eliminate the remaining payment obligation associated with the agreement.
Essential Oil Diffusers
Diffusers may be eligible for return within 14 days from the original delivery date under the following conditions:
• The diffuser must be unused
• The diffuser must remain in original packaging
• All accessories and components must be included
• The diffuser must not show signs of installation, oil usage, or damage
Used, installed, or oil-filled diffusers are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Fragrance Oils
Fragrance oils may be returned within 14 days of purchase only if:
• The bottle remains sealed and unopened
• The product is returned in original condition
Opened fragrance oils are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
• Shipping and delivery fees
• Return shipping costs
• Installation services
• Service visits
• Custom scent programming or consultations
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Return Approval
All returns require prior approval from GR SCENTS® before being shipped back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
For items valued over $75 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Warranty Notice
Only GR SCENTS® fragrance oils should be used with GR SCENTS® diffusion systems.
Use of non-approved oils may void warranty coverage.
