How long will my fragrance oil bottle last?
Fragrance duration depends on the diffuser model, bottle size, intensity setting, daily operating schedule, and the characteristics of the space.
As a general reference, smaller bottles may last approximately 1–2 months, medium-size bottles approximately one month, and bottles used with larger commercial systems may require replacement approximately every 2–3 weeks depending on usage.
Because every space is different, GR SCENTS® can help you select the appropriate diffuser settings to create a consistent scent experience while optimizing fragrance consumption.
Can I program my scent diffuser to operate on a schedule?
Yes. Many GR SCENTS® professional scent diffusers allow customized operating schedules, including working and resting intervals and specific hours of operation.
For example, compatible models may be programmed to diffuse for a selected period, pause, and repeat during predetermined hours. Programming capabilities vary by diffuser model.
What materials are used in GR SCENTS® diffusers?
Materials vary by model. GR SCENTS® diffusers are manufactured using materials selected for durability, performance, and design, which may include aluminum, steel, and other high-quality components.
Do you offer payment options for residential customers?
Yes. Eligible residential customers may purchase qualifying equipment through our Residential Equipment 4-Payment Program.
Under the current program, the applicable equipment purchase price is divided into four (4) required payments, subject to the terms and conditions of the program.
A one-time $50 Plan Activation Fee applies when enrolling in the program and is charged with the first payment. The equipment price, activation fee, total amount due, and payment schedule are clearly disclosed before purchase.
There is no 12-month equipment payment commitment, and the four-payment equipment program does not automatically renew after completion.
Eligibility and applicable terms may vary by product.
Do you require a credit check for the residential payment program?
GR SCENTS® does not currently require a traditional credit check for eligible customers participating in the Residential Equipment 4-Payment Program, subject to applicable program requirements.
Do residential customers own the diffuser after completing the payment program?
Yes. Once all four (4) required equipment payments and any other applicable amounts due under the equipment purchase agreement have been successfully completed, ownership of the applicable diffuser transfers to the customer, subject to the terms of the program.
Do residential customers receive a free trial?
No. Our complimentary 7-day scent experience is reserved for qualified commercial businesses.
Residential customers can explore our collection of diffusers and fragrances to select the system best suited to their home and desired scent experience.
Do I have to continue purchasing fragrance after completing the four equipment payments?
The four-payment program applies to the eligible equipment purchase.
Fragrance oils, refills, accessories, and other services are separate unless specifically included in your agreement.
Please note that applicable warranty coverage may require the use of GR SCENTS® approved fragrance oils. Refer to our Warranty Policy for complete terms and conditions.
What technology do GR SCENTS® diffusers use?
Our professional scenting systems use cold-air diffusion technology designed to disperse fragrance efficiently throughout a space without the need for water or heat in applicable models.
Specific technology and operating features vary by diffuser model.
Where do you ship?
GR SCENTS® offers shipping within the United States and to select international destinations.
Shipping availability, delivery times, costs, and restrictions may vary depending on destination and product.
What warranty is included with the diffuser?
Eligible GR SCENTS® aroma diffusers include a limited warranty.
Coverage and warranty periods may vary by diffuser model and purchase conditions. Use of unauthorized or incompatible fragrance oils may affect warranty coverage.

What is your Refund & Return Policy?
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery when all applicable requirements of our Refund & Return Policy are met.
Return eligibility depends on the product, its condition, applicable exclusions, authorization requirements, and other terms established in the Refund & Return Policy.
Certain charges or products may be non-refundable as described in the applicable policy.

Can fragrance oils damage floors or furniture?
GR SCENTS® systems use cold-air diffusion technology to disperse fragrance into a fine mist.
When compatible GR SCENTS® fragrance oils and equipment are used, installed, and operated according to instructions, the system is designed to minimize direct accumulation on surrounding surfaces.
Diffusers should always be installed and positioned according to GR SCENTS® recommendations and should not discharge directly onto furniture, floors, walls, electronics, or other surfaces.
How many fragrances are available?
GR SCENTS® offers more than 30 premium fragrance options designed to create distinctive scent experiences for homes and businesses.
Because choosing a fragrance is about more than simply finding a scent you like, our team can help you identify the aroma that best reflects how you want your space to feel and be remembered.

Do you offer commercial scenting solutions?
Yes. GR SCENTS® provides professional scenting solutions for businesses including hotels, retail stores, offices, dealerships, gyms, clinics, spas, showrooms, and other commercial environments.
Rather than simply adding fragrance to a room, our goal is to help businesses create a more memorable and welcoming customer experience through scent.
What does the complimentary commercial trial include?
Qualified businesses may receive a complimentary 7-day scent experience.
GR SCENTS® selects an appropriate professional diffusion system based on the characteristics of the space and pairs it with a fragrance from our collection.
After the trial, the business may choose an available commercial rental program or purchase the equipment, subject to applicable terms.
The complimentary trial is available only to qualified commercial businesses and may be subject to service-area and eligibility requirements.
Do I install the commercial system myself?
For commercial clients receiving GR SCENTS® installation service, our team professionally installs and configures the system to help achieve appropriate scent distribution and performance.
Installation availability may depend on location, system type, and service agreement.
What coverage range do your commercial systems provide?
GR SCENTS® offers professional scenting systems for spaces ranging from approximately 150 square feet to more than 10,000 square feet, depending on the diffuser model, floor plan, airflow, HVAC configuration, ceiling height, desired fragrance intensity, and installation method.
Our team evaluates the space to recommend the appropriate system.
What maintenance do commercial systems require?
Maintenance requirements depend on the equipment and commercial agreement.
For applicable commercial service programs, GR SCENTS® provides preventive and corrective maintenance support designed to help keep scenting systems operating properly.
Can commercial clients change fragrances?
Yes. Commercial clients may request fragrance changes based on their preferences and applicable service agreement.
Changing fragrances periodically can also help create different seasonal or experiential environments.
Can GR SCENTS® create a signature scent for my business?
Fragrance customization may be available for qualifying commercial clients.
A customized scent strategy can help align the fragrance experience with a company's brand identity, environment, and desired customer experience.

What ingredients are used in your fragrance oils?
GR SCENTS® uses premium fragrance oils intended for compatible professional scent diffusion systems.
Specific fragrance information and applicable safety documentation may vary by product. Customers with questions regarding a particular fragrance, ingredient, sensitivity, or application should contact GR SCENTS® before use.
How quickly can commercial equipment be delivered?
Delivery and installation times depend on product availability, service location, equipment requirements, and installation needs.
For many South Florida orders, delivery may be available within approximately 1–2 business days when inventory and scheduling permit.
International and out-of-area orders may require additional processing and transit time.
What if I am not satisfied with my commercial service?
Please contact GR SCENTS® so our team can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution under your service agreement.
Commercial rentals, equipment purchases, trials, fragrance services, returns, and cancellations may have different terms. Applicable written agreements and policies govern each service.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods may include major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods made available by GR SCENTS®.
Qualified commercial customers may also be eligible for invoicing arrangements subject to approval and applicable payment terms.
