DIFFUSERS:

You may return your diffuser within 14 days of your date of purchase, whichever is later, for a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping. The diffuser must be unused and still in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.

Installation and service fees are non-refundable.

ESSENTIAL OIL:

You may return our oils within 14 days of your date of purchase for a refund as long as the oil bottle is sealed and unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping.

Unfortunately once the seal is broken or the oil bottle is opened the sale is final.
