This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operation when used correctly with GR SCENTS® Premium Oils.

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, diluted oils, water-based solutions, or non-approved oils is not covered under warranty.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a refund, the diffuser must:
• Be unused and uninstalled
• Contain no oil residue
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include all original accessories and materials

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Any diffuser that has been used, filled with oil, activated, or installed will not qualify for return.
Installing the Fragrance Bottle

• Ensure the diffuser is powered off before handling the bottle
• Fill the bottle with approved fragrance oil
• Secure the bottle tightly
• Reattach carefully to prevent leakage

Changing Fragrance Oils

• Remove remaining oil
• Fill the bottle partially with rubbing alcohol
• Allow the diffuser to run for 15–30 minutes to cleanse the internal system
• Empty and dry completely before adding a new fragrance

For best performance, use only oils approved for Cold Air diffusion systems.
To maintain optimal performance, periodic cleaning is recommended.

Cleaning Procedure

• Empty the fragrance bottle completely
• Fill the bottle with 95% rubbing alcohol
• Allow the diffuser to operate for 10–15 minutes
• Empty remaining alcohol safely
• Reinstall fragrance oil and resume operation

Do not use water or diluted solutions inside the system.

Regular maintenance helps preserve consistent fragrance diffusion and extends product lifespan.
