You may return your diffuser within 14 days of your date of purchase, whichever is later, for a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping. The diffuser must be unused and still in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.

Installation and service fees are non-refundable.
Equipment maintenance: If the equipment is not to be used for a long time, It is necessary to wash clean the spray nozzle or other parts by pouring 95% industrial alcohol into the inner bottle.

Specific operation: Pouring 95% industrial alcohol into the empty bottle, open the equipment and leave it working for 10-15 minutes, then turn off the equipment, pour-out the alcohol and place the bottle back to the machine.
