Cancellation Policy

Service Overview: We offer professional installation to connect your GR Scents diffuser to your central air system—enhancing scent coverage, reducing oil usage, and preventing spills. Terms: Available only for clients using GR Scents machines. Access to HVAC system and electrical panel is required. Pricing varies by installation complexity (quote provided). Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Warranty: Installation includes a 90-day workmanship warranty. Does not cover misuse or unauthorized modifications.
